amazon.com order(s) has been canceled

help please, i shipped 2 orders last week using the new amazon shipping service which showed up at a lower rates thinking why not lets try them instead of usps or ups and see how they do the orders got delivered to the customer and everything was good until 2 days ago i got an email saying that i never confirmed shipment and the order has been cancelled and i will not be paid and customer has not been charged any suggestion or advice is greatly appreciated.

I assume from what you write that you just go through the Amazon buy-shipping link to purchase the shipping labels?

If so, a seller would naturally assume that the confirmation is automatic as with all other Amazon buy-shipping options.

If this is not the case, I would expect more threads on this.

There's another Amazon-generated pinned thread this morning about Amazon buy-shipping.

If indeed you purchase through Buy-shipping and no confirmation is performed, you should post -into that thread.

Just a question for clarification; did Amazon come and pick up the packages from you? If so, did they perform any sort of scan when they did?

I am not aware of any issues that would have affected the ship confirmation of an order. If you purchased shipping through Buy Shipping Services, you do not need to confirm shipment since this is done automatically. This help page provides additional detail on how to confirm shipment for future reference. For this instance, I would suggest opening a case with our Support team to troubleshoot the concern. We have used the new Amazon shipping for a few of months. I noticed this happen on a couple orders and couldn't figure out the issue. About 10 days ago I had around 15 orders cancelled and refunded - even though they shipped using Amazon Shipping. We stopped all shipping until the issue is resolved. I sent all info to my Amazon Shipping Rep that helped me get onboarded. He is looking into it. After 7 days we still have no response. We use Ship Station - FYI. For sure they have a BIG problem.

Been using SWA for a while too. I have asked our rep to look into it as well, with no response.

It only affects the orders that are shipped with Amazon Shipping ( NOT "Amazon Buy Shipping"). So any orders that are USPS (bought on or off Amazon are safe).

Based on our own tracking, you have around 10 calendar days to have the item hit the Amazon mail stream, or they auto-cancel the label and the order.

Definietly order stepping their bounds. I gave them the example of, what if we reached out to the customer and informed them that the item is now on backorder, and we will ship it to them as soon as it is in stock... and they agree? AND THEN... AZ comes in and cancels the order?

SWA and AZ are forgetting that WE the seller are CHOOSING SWA as the carrier, and cancelling our customer's order is NOT their purpose or function. USPS and UPS don't have that ability, why should SWA?
