SKU Mapping inorrectly in Shipments -->Send to Amazon
Hi all
There are mapping issues happening with a SKU being assigned to multiple ASIN's somehow when I go to create a shipment.
In my catalog I have the correct SKU's mapped to ASIN's, but when I go to create a shipment (Shipment-->Send to Amazon) it's showing two different SKU's for the same ASIN. Because of this I'm getting error messages telling me the merchant SKU already exists, cannot be reused, and I need to create a new SKU... even tho the catalog is correct.
Is this just a mapping request that needs to be taken care of by the AMZ support team? Fairly new on Seller, so just trying to not make a mistake with the catalogue that has reprocussions.
