Open a case with support asking for them to "cleve" your GTIN/UPC from the ASIN it was used on, and attach your GS1 certificate as proof of ownership. Once they have "cleved" it, you can use the GTIN/UPC to create a new listing.

No Not yet. I keep doing what they tell me and they say they don't have enough information when i sent them all the details and my GS1 certification. They don't even bother looking.
