Help about a case closed

Hello, can someone please help me, send a request for authorization to sell in a brand, send the information requested, purchase invoice for 10 units and a photo of the products purchased, then I received an email saying that the request was rejected because I am not chosen to sell in this brand, I don't know why, and I received another email saying that I can make a new request with updated documentation. I don't know what it is about with the updated documentation, the invoice I sent is from this month of March. I hope someone can help me please, thank you.

That is:

1. A "Letter of Authorization" from the brand allowing you to sell their brand on Amazon.

2. INVOICE (not receipt) from an authorized distributor. An invoice is a document with your name and address, exactly how you registered in your seller account under "Legal Entity" and "Official Registered Address".

Hi @Store_Everything_Sel,

Thanks for the post and hope you had a good weekend. To add onto @Brigitte's guidance, you need to use an authorized dealer who can provide you with an invoice that includes the following listed below:

• detailed list of products (at least 10 per item, Product name, model number or UPC that can be verified online)) ,

• terms of sale (net30/net60/cash..)

• must be by the brand itself or a brand authorized distributor (not a retail store for the general public)***

• a COMPLETED transaction ( order shipped),

• your full business name and address, as entered in seller central,

• suppliers full name and contact details, (e-mail, phone or both)

• Should reflect the sales volume of your product across all Amazon marketplaces in the last 365 days

• Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain

Please note that if Amazon believes that a trademark is associated with a product that you are selling that is not approved by the brand for use in connection with that product, you may be asked to provide a Letter of Authorization from the relevant brand owner to show that you have permission to use their registered trademark.

Best regards,
