seller support as not given response
Dear Amazon Seller Support Team,
I am writing to express my deep frustration and serious concern over the recurring issue of incorrect weight handling charges being applied to my orders. This is not a one-off incident—it is a systemic problem that continues to occur despite my repeated efforts to address it through claw back forms and detailed documentation.
On 17th May we filled the form for to change the weight & dimension as suggested by your team, as per your team guide lines we clicked the images as per the guidelines still the form was rejected your claw back team,

We did not even received the proper reply or a response from your team side, for rejecting the filled from and the amazon team is asking to fill the from again, its completely annoying to do all the activities again clicking the images
On 25 March 2025, I was again charged ₹2,300 for weight handling on an order where your system inaccurately recorded the product weight as 501 grams, despite the actual weight being consistently around 100 grams.
This issue is not new. In previous instances, I complied with your requirements and submitted over 500 photographs as proof to support my claims. Yet, the problem remains unresolved. Now, with nearly 100 ASINs affected, I am again being asked to provide 600 more images, which is unreasonable and unsustainable for any seller.
It is clear that these discrepancies stem from errors in the weight measurement process, likely involving your courier/logistics partners. As a seller, it is unjust for me to bear the financial and administrative burden of mistakes made by Amazon’s operational partners.
I request immediate action to address the following:
Investigate and identify the root cause of these repeated weight discrepancies.
Implement a permanent solution to prevent such errors from recurring in the future.
Review and revise the documentation policy—especially the excessive photo evidence requirement. Expecting hundreds of photographs for systemic errors is impractical. Please also clarify acceptable image quality standards, as a current-generation smartphone should suffice.
This situation is directly impacting my business—eroding profits, consuming time, and affecting overall seller confidence in the platform. I urge you to prioritize this matter and assign a dedicated representative to resolve it fully, including an internal review of the weight recording process at the involved shipping centers.
I hope to receive a prompt response and see meaningful action taken to rectify this ongoing issue.
