No sales for the whole week
I am a newer seller and not a big operation by any means. However, I have not sold a single item in a week which is not normal. Going a day or two or three without a sale happens but I do not typically go this long without a sale. It has me wondering if I have something set up incorrectly or if there was some new change or adjustment by Amazon that I missed. It's possible that my products just aren't selling right now but it seems very sudden and very odd. My account health is ok. Any help would be appreciated!

Amazon selling is filled with 100s of possibilities that could be affecting your sales velocity.
These possibilities could be
1. Account needs to be re-verified
2. Item was incorrectly flagged as an adult item and, therefore, its not receiving impressions.
3. The competition for your niche grows in the 1st quarter and you are now being out bid for your item
4. You are not winning the buy box for a number of a reasons.
I could go on and on with this list but its impossible for me to do so. I would suggest gathering as much information as possible for your issue so you can correctly troubleshoot it.

Hello! @Seller_O4ooqBVdo0mRf
This is Roberto. Thank you for using our Forums, I understand your position on this situation and I truly hope it gets better.
As @Seller_NbYSGJ8Tehgbv there could be multiple reasons why this could be affecting you and is something difficult to diagnose to its true cause, I personally checked your listing and I do not see an immediate or major issue that could be affecting the sales.
I would like to recommend the article below that outlines different strategies/practices to boost your sales:
New year, new sales: how to boost your sales post-holiday
Hope this helps.

Price and shipping timeframe can have a big impact on sales and performance of listings. Check your price in relation to other sellers if multiple sellers on your listing or to other competing listings for your product.
Also, for shipping timeframe, look at the Fulfillment Insight Dashboard to see if your shipments are delivering as promised and that there is not a Promise Extension being added to your delivery promise.
These are just a couple of items to check in regards to slower sales. There could be other reasons as mentioned previously.

Take it easy and find the fact that the 0 sale is your own problem or not.
1. That's your problem if your competitors have big sales now. Try to find out what's happening in your and your competitors' listings.
2. That's not your problem if your competitors have low sales now. Just wait and the sales will be back.

I've been selling on Amazon since 2010. I have had over 16,000 orders since then. How many so far this year? 42. How many should I typically have by this time in a year? 150-300.
Somethings not right. After the first week of the year, sales plummeted on here and on the bay. Currently, I've got too many other things on my plate to figure out what, but when I get my tax paperwork together and help out a business contact close their warehouse, I can get back to trying to figure out how to bump up sales again.

If the title to your product is too long, Amazon will suppress you in search results but your listing will still be active. Check for that as well. Make sure each listing is active for you, then methodically look for issues. Check your account health, view "all inventory" and make sure nothing is suppressed or inactive, etc.

One factor- more USD has been getting directed from consumer's savings into various crypto. If/ when they start selling their crypto when BTC starts coming back down, then consumers will have more available USD to spend.

I mean look at the news. The house is bringing a government shutdown to the edge almost every few months. They have until Friday now to come out with a new bill. I would expect less and less sales until that happens..

Sorry to be blunt but here is the realty. You are selling a product at a higher price then competitors with many more reviews then your product. That fact alone is why your not getting sales.
Your product has 1 review and only a 2 star at that. Your account has no reviews. Your product is exactly the same as 100 other Jaw Exercisers. There is nothing that distinguishes your product from others and your images look like they were made from someone on Fivrr using canva.
