I join amazon ascend program which they told free of cost, but they deduct 165000/- from my balance in the head of other charges. I contact seller suport but they told me it is lightning deal charges but i have only 15000/- sales via deals. It is illogical.

Do not expect Standard support from Amazon. Consider as a platform. I think sellers need to learn everything by themselves doing business on Amazon like we do all glitch and gumps while we do business offline.
Same here, we have to save our back ourselves. They are just automated platform with rigid white color laws set to protect mostly themselves with odd procedures.
