Help!I have been running ad and getting little sales
Hello, Can someone from Amazon support please look into this? My sales are down 70% from last year which was my worst year ever. I have been running ads continuously and getting low impressions, none of my items show up on the first 7 pages. If my items show up they sale. I am just trying to find out what is going on, and why my items don't even show up. I have logged out all accounts and done searches and nothing is showing up. Please help! Thanks, Karen

Hey Karen! Same here! No explanation for the 50% less than last year at this time. Also running ads and coupons! Our listings are just not getting seen like they were before.
I did find out why our sales completely crashed on Feb 11! All sales and traffic data completely align and show an immediate decrease in traffic and sales on that date. (That's on top of the already visible 50% decrease)
Feb10 When I downloaded a Category Listing Report. I noticed that all of our data was missing for any listing that had a variation. That was nearly everything listed in handmade! Anything that I had listed outside of handmade was fine.
I chatted with a resolution specialist who verified that all handmade data for all variation listings was "MISSING" from the back end data. She escalated the issue but it has been over 2 weeks and not a peep from support about it so I started switching all of my listings back to stand alone with variations inside the customization tool.
Now I just have to wait for the listings to settle in search and be seen again.
There are sooooo many handmade sellers saying the exact same thing about no sales, can't find their listings at all in search and ads bringing in no clicks or sales.
