Amazon store. I randomly can no longer access my brand it says another account claimed ownership of the products of my brand?

Please help I am not able to contact the brand registry contact page as it does not load up the page only crashes. Everytime i try to click contact brand registry nothing happens the page does not load so im unable to reach brand registry. Ive been trying to figure out whats going on with my account? i built a full storefront which took me 3 months to build but i can no longer access it, i can find the draft store or the products that i created? what is going on with my account please help. Not only can I not access my drafts I'm unable to even create a new storefront? Ive never experienced this with amazon before definitely not right and their must be a bug of some sort. its just extremely frustrating because theirs no phone number or way to speak to anyone for immediate help.

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I am happy to take a look at your brand.

First, have you opened a case with seller support letting them know the issues you are having? They would be able to transfer the case over to Brand Registry support to assist. If you have, please share that case ID here and I will also take a look.

From the info I have and what I can see is that your access to Brand Registry has not been revoked in anyway and I do not see any other sellers ID's associated with the brand.

Because of this, I have 2 questions. 1. Are you logging into Brand Registry with the same credentials you used to enroll? If not, try that and if you have, add that information to the case you open (or have already opened). 2. Since your Seller Central correctly shows that your are the Brand Owner, have you tried to open a case with Amazon Ads support? If not, I recommend that being your next step. Stores is a product that resides in the Amazon Ads Console and since I cannot see an error (you being the Brand owner) in Brand Registry or Seller Central.

Please let me know how it goes.
