Oversized products to Amazon FBA USA
Hi there. Our products are oversized : 63"x57"x6" each. A pallet of these products will be 63"x57"x42". Once we create the shipment Amazon it automatically default it to 42" x 48" x 40". We are good with the weight limit, just seems oversized.
Do you know if Amazon FBA can accept our pallets and products? Do we have other options? Maybe a program we can look into?

I reviewed our Extra-large FBA inventory help page and your 63"x57"x6" do not meet the definition of either Extra-Large or Oversize.
I will request further help on how you should be shipping items to Amazon FBA.
