I never cancelled my orders as a seller but Amazon says yes I did
Does anyone had this problem ? I sent all my orders to my customers but Amazon showed that these orders were cancelled by me <?> How its possibly can happen? I cannot provide the correct proofs for posting because addresses are not viewable due to cancelation. All labels were purchased through Amazon but seems everything was wiped off. However, I still have notes from the Post office about posting.

I cannot add anything. Just do not want to think about it, if there will be any updates i leave a message. I feel guilty for no reason. I cannot argue because i do not have access to check address to provide proof of posting. I mentioned that from now i will make screenshots of each detail, such as order details, purchased labels etc. My last order was sent on Friday or Saturday i had two packages to post, one of those was for Amazon order. but because i do not know what address was i cannot say which one. Its all very strange. ok I will not continue this but if there will be any news i leave a message…

I don’t actually use Buy Shipping but on buying a label I assume does that actually marks that particular order as shipped?
What I can’t work out is how Amazon could cancel an order once it’s been marked as shipped.
Do you have any emails or notifications showing any of the orders ever went to shipped status?

Is there a possibility these are non UK orders - and therefore you could not purchase shipping from amazon and after 7 days they are auto cancelled if not marked as shipped ?!

It’s ok guys. Thanks for your comments. I will copy all documents next time. Just in case. Still learning. As well one order was cancelled by myself in respong to one of my customers request from other platform. But because it has not been done from my customer side, but I did it, it affected my rate. No, 5 orders were cancelled by Amazon, one order was cancelled by myself. I received the response from Amazon. So this issue is more or less sorted.

Yes, /i received email but no explained who will compensate the sent orders. For me is enough to know that next time i will copy all documents and do screenshots. I do not buy and sell, but make it myself, so its not a big deal. I am happy with this lesson. Thanks for your sarcasm, I am prepared to it as well.

On the face of it, Amazon cancelling already shipped orders IS a big deal.

If you have 2 packages to post surely you can work out which 1 you did have an address for so it would be the other 1 that was Amazon.
