Infringement report never accepted on the spot shows not accepted
mappers are really worst . I am a registered brand at both TMR and Amazon amazon brand registry . We sell products with unique certification and authenticity no body can map then also many sellers are mapping and I am dealing with them manually no help by Amazon amazon side . The mapper seller :- {Moderator Edit (Sakura) personal data }is fraud seller mapping our content selling on our name putting fake feedback and reviews affecting our rating , orders , and brand authenticity . Every time I apply for infringement it right away gets not accepted in 1 second does not even goes under review by Amazon amazon side and then I get mail sorry we can not take action. It clearly shows mapping and lowering prices of product in which it can not be sold. But then to Amazon takes no action . And every time I will file it shows not escalated , cannot take action , not accepted without even going under under review
