I took a look into your Brand Registry account and can see that your last Report a Violation submissions were in January of this year. Have you attempted to report these through that channel yet?

Because they dont need your permission if they are actually selling your unadulterated products. IF and i say IF they are selling YOUR UNADULTERATED PRODUCT. Please listen to that key phrase. YOUR UNADULTERATED PRODUCT. then put on your big boy/girl/ze pants and deal with the competition over your own products.
If it is ANYTHING else and you confirmed it anything but you UNADULTERATED PRODUCT. then you possibly wording it incorrectly or citing Trademark on page when it should be trademark on product ...
