URGENT - PICKUP ISSUE SINCE 4 YEARS
The hub that is nearest to us has never come for a single pickup in the 4 years since we have been selling on amazon, we have to send our own vehicle to them, when we ask them to get the orders pick they simply say you can send them yourself or they will be cancelled but the hub wont send vehicle for pickup, today we decided to not send our vehicle and they didn't send their vehicle and are not answering our calls, please this is a serious issue affecting our business get is solved quickly
