Hi, I am an account manager of "LOYAL AND ROYAL FASHION". We received 3 orders yesterday i.e. on 30th Aug and the pick-up was scheduled for August 31st, 2023 but these orders were not picked up by Amazon. Due to this, my account is being affected. Please look into this matter and reschedule pickup by tomorrow and exclude this pickup delay so that my account does not get affected.

These orders have been canceled due to non-pickup by the Amazon Easy Ship service, and the consequences for our business have been severe.

Loss on Advertising Costs: We have invested significant resources in advertising and promotional campaigns to effectively market our products on the Amazon platform. Seller Harassment: The challenges stemming from missed pickups and delivery issues have caused undue stress and inconvenience for our team. We firmly believe that a reliable and consistent delivery service is essential for us to provide the best service to our customers.
Additional Concerns:
Furthermore, when Amazon Easy Ship fails to pick up orders, we are left with no option to self-ship, resulting in cancellations. As sellers, we must update you on missed pickups and contact your customer support team, which, regrettably, has not consistently grasped the seriousness of the issue. The lack of follow-up and accountability has compelled us to repeatedly seek resolution.
Adding to our concerns, we are unethically charged cancellation fees even when orders were canceled due to Amazon Easy Ship's failure to pick up items. This necessitates an additional reimbursement process. These ongoing challenges severely impact our small business.
