I need help with my Seller account regarding a warning I received
Good day, I have a problem.
I received a warning on my account about the authenticity of my product. The customer reported that he did not like the scent of the perfume he received, he reported the matter to Amazon in every possible way, including that the product is not authentic. Amazon always trusts that customers are right despite not providing any evidence in their accusations? I asked the customer for photos of the product, including the production date on the packaging - no response. I have already dealt with such matters, but ok - I send invoices and everything is OK.
Unfortunately, this situation is different and Amazon, as you can see, does not take my explanations into account, so I am asking for help from an Amazon employee right here on the forum.
I have purchase invoices for a product from over a year ago - from September 23, 2023 to be exact - so 1.5 months after the "deadline". And unfortunately Amazon does not want to take them into account. I do not understand why? I know that Amazon requires that invoices be from a maximum of the last 365 days, but in the case of perfumes that have an expiration date of 3 years from the production date - why can't I sell them? They are perfectly suitable for use for a long time. What should I do in this situation? I sold an original product, and I still can't explain it?
Please help.

Hello @Seller_gmxvymkbzWJMM,
Thank you for posting concerns with your account here on the forums.
I see that you are seeking guidance on why your invoices have not been accepted. I am here to support you with this process.
So that I am able to assist you the best I will need more details to review. Can you please provide me with the ASIN that is affected and which marketplace the violation is in? For me to be able to review the appeal details I will need a case log ID from your account as well.
I am looking forward to your response and helping you from here. The forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
