seller support is not responding properly
Seller support is not responding properly and is not doing the needful as per the policy. Most of them are just passing time and are marking the case as answered by updating irrelevant pre written scripts. Everytime a new so called support agent is connected and we have to explain the entire issue multiple times just to make them understand the concern and still they will say something/pretend to help and after call, mark your case as answered by updating something totally different. What's happening at Amazon and how to get real seller support?

This is right...support agents are putting some random details and closing the issues raised..sometime I feel they are behaving like dumb people not reading the issue listed

Complex issues are not handled well by SS as per my experience. Most of them are just copy & paste template rather than understanding the case.
