Amazon Saying Items not arrived when UPS have confirmed delivery
I have asked amazon to investigate and raise a complaint due to stock just going missing. When i request to raise a complaint or speak to them they ignore the complaint being raised and fail to find items or acknowledge there arrival. As a result what is the next step if they claim they cant find the items. I have sent invoices even items I have bough from amazon and they still havent resolve the issues.
Any advice would be great

can’t advise on problem but I’m afraid Amazon won’t accept invoices from themselves as an authorised and approved wholesaler- these purchases will be classed as retail sales not to be sold on as “New” items.
