Going almost a month with no support to this case. It's almost impressive how difficult Amazon has made an extremely easy fix. Should take less than 5 minutes to identify this comment is not eligible for feedback. Yet here we are, several weeks later, no support, ineligible feedback still live. Make it make sense.
