Inventory Active in Seller Center but doesn't show available on my storefront.

I have a number of ASINs for both FBA and FBM that are active with available inventory and are not showing up on my storefront. I've open ~20 tickets and no help from Amazon. For FBA, I can delete the item and once they show up in stranded I can relist them, which works temporarily.

This has happened to me before.

I saw the inventory as "Active". But on Amazon.com its not showing.

I then clicked on Account Info by clicking on the Settings button on the top right of your screen. There was a bid notification that my account was limited until I verify my bank account. Once I verified my bank account, the listings showed up.

Make sure your sale price is between your Minimum Price and your Maximum Price.

Took me 30 days of back and forth with customer service telling me to delete the listings, to template the listings bla bla bla! At the end of the day it was a 5 second fix!

Go into add a product via upload and use this template = Update price & quantity

Leave the units blank and fill in amazon in the last cell! This will connect your Amazon FBA inventory to your ASIN!

We've been dealing with the same thing for over a month. Only around 23% of our active ASINs show up on our storefront. We keep getting the runaround from AZ seller support that we need to contact Brand Registry and talk to someone about our store. Despite constantly telling them that we don't have a 'brand' or self-made store, and that the storefront in question is the automatically generated storefront that all AZ business sellers have, they haven't done a thing to help. We've been selling on AZ for around 14+ years and this is extremely frustrating.

I saw your post that you were able to get this fixed? How did you do that? Seller support keeps trying to send me over to brand registry which is pointless, as we do not have a 'brand' registered.
