Amazon is granting 'RETURNLESS REFUND" to customers when I have NO RETURNLESS REFUNDS SETUP currently. Please Help!!

As the title states, a few customers opened a return, and Amazon automatically granted them returnless refunds (with that exact verbiage) debiting the funds from our account, and letting the customers keep the item.

Under my ReturnSettings/Resolutions , I have no Returnless Resolution rules. All of my Returnless Resolution rules were deleted more than 1 week ago, but the rule still seems to be applying.

Can someone from Amazon help me with this? Has anyone else experienced this issue before?

It appears that the ASINs are tagged as hazmat. If you believe the products are incorrectly tagged, then open a case and provide a link to the product's manufacturer website.

Which means you had some on for all orders more than a week old, which means all of those orders are allowed to do returnless refunds

also it doesn't matter, its just a refund

HazMat and grocery are a few of the categories that are always returnless refunds.

Happened to me also, because the items were hazmat. Which is why i am no loner sending hazmat items to FBA. I also turned off CSBA.

Now when they contact me about a hazmat return, i apologize and send them a prepaid label and generally never hear from them again.

Since 2002 I have required returns with every refund, no exceptions. Amazon has donated $1000's of dollars to scammers this past year. Books. No hazmat. WHAT ARE YOUR AI BOTS DOING TO US, Amazon?!?

FBM orders are refunded returnless for sure. That's radiculous. I can not even ask for a reimbursement.

the same has happened to me. i have called a couple of times and put in a ticket. i have verbally requested all items be returned before giving a refund. th resolution rule one person said dont apply. the first one put a note on my return settings to return. It seems when you get information from sellers help its never a consistent policy application. but they always seem to read of the same script. they said they will do an investigation its been a week. no a to z claims. but numerous refunds without returns. i don't see most of them until i check a payment statement. i get those polls about situations but no resolution. lol
