adding a product with valid ISBN but getting the error 8572

I am trying to add 2 books since March 6th and always getting this error. Please note that I am already selling books through amazon. And suddenly amazon site is not allowing to add book product by saying that Product id is invalid (8572 error).

I have proper ISBN allocated by Raja Ram Mohan Roy Agency (which is the national ISBN agency). I am the publisher of the books, and I own these ISBNs.

First caseid is :9586717232

Second Case ID: 9947590342

I don't understand why I would need a GS1 certificate since I am not using GTINs

I am using properly allotted ISBN numbers which are owned by my publishing company.

I contacted your support team when I faced this issue and all seems to be clue less and giving same reply to get GS1 certificate,. Please note that, ISBN and GS1 are different and for small publishers like us cannot afford to get GTIN.

Can someone help identify what the problem is?

Hello @indiabooks,

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums.

Can you please advise the Seller Support team that you have an ISBN and have provided Proof of Affiliation?

Once you have done so, please let me know in the thread so that I can follow up on the case.

Regards,

Noor

I also have had face the same problem , the solutions from seller supports was and endless circle!

While listing >>> in product ID section dont select ISBN instead select UPAC/EAN13/GTIN.....that option.

It worked for me since then.
