Not able to drop off Evri Standard – Drop Off bought from Amazon buy shipping
Hi
Bought an Evri Standard Drop off label through Amazon buy shipping today. I've taken the parcel to an Evri parcelshop but when they scan the parcel it's saying that the parcel isn't suitable fro drop off.
I've checked that it is an Evri drop off label and not an Evri standard label. Anybody had this issue?
I've emailed seller support but haven't had a response yet.

lots of reports of this, amazon have been made aware, they haven’t done anything to resolve it clearly.
You’ll need to cancel the label and buy shipping elsewhere.

Hi we've been led to believe that if you dont have an account with Evri then the label wont work at the drop off shop. It used to work but i think they changed the label for accounts

Yes I also believe you now need to have an Evri account setup for it to work.
Why Amazon are still allowing people to buy an Evri label when an account is now needed is another issue that should be corrected.
