UPS return label adjustments on every return package

A couple of months ago I noticed when shipping through amazon buy shipping the actual package weight printed on the labels instead of the dimensional weight like it used to print.

Once this began, every single one of my UPS return labels incur an adjustment. The dimensions are always correct but they claim the "weight" is off. The weight paid is the actual dimensions/ correct weight and the "adjusted" weight is the dimensional weight.

As I am sure most sellers have had issues with incorrect adjustments from UPS, this seems off with the timing regarding DIM weight no longer being printed on the labels. And yes, I am being billed for the DIM weight as I have cross referenced with buying outside of amazon buy shipping.

Has anyone else taken notice to this?

Hi @Seller_CJ7hhoqykWNUp,

Thank you for reaching out about this!

When you have a moment, can you please send me your Seller Support case IDs for this? I'd be happy to take a further look into those correspondences to see how I can best help here.

Thanks again,

What are the amounts of the adjustments? I have had 50 or so adjustments of 19.50 since July. I am on the phone with UPS right now trying to get refunds.

I tried Amazon initially, but they hid behind UPS. I'm worried now that UPS will hide behind Amazon.

Side note. I tried to not allow UPS returns but it's not an option. This looks like another shove towards full time FBA (and all the problems that come with that.)

If you wouldn't mind posting your findings or anything that the moderator helps you with? TIA
