However, even though we initiated a remove request, we received a reply in less than a minute saying that the feedback was not suitable for remove!!!!! We reviewed the feedback again and provided a detailed explanation, but received another reply in less than a minute!!!!! Still sticking to the original point of view. we guess these replies were not made by humans, but by Amazon's robots. However, the robots could not understand the situations we explained.
