Are you using the barcodes on the items to list ?
Seller_z9jywjQRrXykR
This is a common response from Amazon particularly relating to books. A book may have a perfectly valid ISBN but if it’s not in the Amazon database they will send out this reply. It seems to be especially prevalent for English language books published in European countries such as Netherlands Eastern Europe, Scandinavia etc. The Amazon catalogue has grown ad hoc. Indeed, ten or more years ago, sellers could create their own records which resulted in a complete mess of duplicate entries. Amazon stopped this and applied a great deal more rigour but the downside is this message. It almost certainly means Amazon still don’t populate their catalogue with recognised data-feeds from all available international sources. Their cross-pollination between Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk is also still weak. You can often find the record in .com but not .co.uk. Sometimes you can move it across and use it in .co.uk - but often not. Good luck!

Hello @Seller_jnc0MRT5VzTix.
Have you opened a case with Seller Support? If so, can you share the case ID with me?

Hi @Spencer_Amazon
I hope you're doing well.
Could you please assist me with the following ASINs?
My Account Health is in excellent standing, and I meet all the criteria outlined by Amazon to qualify for the Featured Offer. I’m selling through the fastest delivery option (FBA), my prices are competitive compared to other sellers, my performance metrics are consistently positive, and I maintain a high in-stock volume. However, despite meeting these requirements, I am still not eligible for the Featured Offer on these ASINs.
It has been 30 days, and during this time, I did not win the Buy Box. I have also opened a case with Amazon support, but their response was not helpful. Below is the list of ASINs:

Hey Spencer,
I see your quite active on the seller forums. I know this isn't the way to contact you but i really need your help.
10/02/25 the seller mobile app was showing me an incorrect Ship by date, I was at home and remembered that i needed to ship some orders by today, so i checked the app and it was showing a 'ship by' date of the next day and so i was relieved. Then when i got into office the next morning all the orders were flagged as a late dispatch?.. This caused my late dispatch rate to skyrocket and my featured offer eligibility has been taken away. I've contacted seller help and explained to them that this issue was caused by a technical error on the app, however they just replied with a standard reply saying they're not able to alter the late dispatch rate. So instead I opened a new case explaining the same thing and requested for the featured offer eligibility could be restored as the ate dispatch rate wasn't an option, however they told me the same that they cannot help with that either. i don't understand who i am supposed to talk to as this was entirely amazon's fault. Are there any other ways I can dispute the late shipment rate or featured offer eligibility? Please help

30 days waiting you say. Sadly that is only the start I have been reporting that problem daily to seller support from Aug 2019 do not hold your breath waiting on support to provide any help just endless cut and pastes that never address the problem.
As other have stated you would be best to just have them on other sales channels it is what I do now Amazon was once my strongest sales channels now it is by far my weakest sales channel in all aspects sales tools support etc

we had the same problem for months and gave up
then someone suggested buying gs1 barcodes and list the item as your own brand (as long as its not a branded item)

I've basically given up adding new products. It's too time consuming. Thankfully Amazon is not our primary selling platform.
