Seller Account Deactivated after Identity Verification
Hello my Amazon selling account was deactivated several months ago shortly after a video verification call, I submitted all requested documents and answered all questions and was told I was good to go. However shortly after the call I received the following performance notification:
Dear Seller, Thank you for completing the video verification. After reviewing the information from your virtual identity verification, we believe that your account may have been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent or illegal activity that harms our customers, other selling partners and our store. As a result, your account will not be reactivated.
I used the call me now button and was told to submit an appeal stating we have not been in fraudulent activity alongside linking my identity such as passport, utility bill, and bank statement which I have a few times. To these I have received the following reply:
Hello Seller,After reviewing the information from your virtual identity verification, we believe or our controls identify that your account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity. As a result, your account will not be reactivated.
Please help.

May I add I didn't schedule my first video verification call and was deactivated before attending the video verification call for the following:
Hello,
Your Amazon selling account has been deactivated in accordance with Section 3 of the "Amazon Business Solutions Agreement". Your listings have been removed and funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue. To learn more, go to "Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement":

If you have an outstanding balance in your account, you will receive a separate notification within 24 hours with instructions to request your disbursement. You can confirm the outstanding balance in your account at any time by checking your Seller Central Payment report.
Why is this happening?
We have taken this measure because you failed to attend a virtual video verification interview with us as communicated previously on 3/8/2024.
