Chinese SCAMMER are selling on my registered trademark
A seller started selling under my brand that I registered with the Amazon Brand Registry program. I can not believe this. Isn't the brand registry program a program used to protect brands? I worked hard to get into this program. I joined the Vine program for 200 USD. I paid $250 for A+ content and had the work done by a professional. At the end of the day, a Chinese SCAMMER got into my list without any effort and will probably destroy the comment quality of my list. Not to mention the sales I would lose. Here is the link to the scammer's store:
https://www.amazon.com/sp?ie=UTF8&seller=A18EMKQ3JLLFTI&asin=B0CTJ4573K&ref_=dp_merchant_link
Please help me on this. Thanks.

Hello @Seller_8aglN6DPLZzBy!
My name is JiAlex from the Community Manager team here on forums. I wanted to follow up on your post. In regard to this matter, please be informed that we reviewed your query, and we would like to inform you that Brand Protection is indeed the main theme/aspect of being registered in Amazon Brand Registry. While we're committed to helping you protect your registered trademarks on our store, we do not prevent sellers from selling branded products, nor do we allow our Selling partners to remove sellers from our store.
Kindly note that our goal is always to ensure that customers shop our store with confidence. However, we consider a brand's enforcement of distribution policies and rules to be a matter between the sellers and the brand.
However, if you think there is abuse, you do have some options for reporting potential abuse, here are some additional details:
• Report Abuse in the Amazon Store (overview video)- Provides overview of each reporting option in the Report Abuse menu in Seller Central.
• Go directly to the Report abuse page or login to Seller Central, go to Performance, then Account Health, then click Report Abuse.
• If you have a registered brand, you may also report a violation directly to the Brand Registry team.
