Attempting to verify account

Hello,

I received an email indicating that I need to verify my account. When I click on the link, it brings me to the Store Status page with no further information on how to verify. Am I missing something?

Due to the limited information here, and our even more limited visibility into your account. I would ask that your further clarify the situation you're experiencing.

What type of verification did you encounter? Were you asked to verify for seller identity verification, INFORM verification, Supply chain or account review? As there can be a number of different types of verification along with different requirements for each, we will need more information.

If you received a notification regarding the situation, I would advise providing the original request notification to complete verification. Additionally regarding your inability to submit documentation, depending on the situation you may need to email the appropriate teams depending on the notice, otherwise if it mentions providing the requested information on the account health page, please take a screenshot and provide an example of a possible technical issue for further review.
