Amazon Shipping - Scheduled pickups constantly missed

We have had a pickup scheduled every day this week, but Amazon has not picked up once. Each day, we submit a case about the missed pickup at https://ship.amazon.com/support? caseId=16381689961.

- The reply is always, "We acknowledge there was a delay." Here is how to schedule a pickup.

Does anyone know how to escalate a case with ship.amazon.com ?

While we don't have a direct relationship with that team as we do standard seller support, if your issue is still persisting I'd be happy to escalate on your behalf. Has there been any movement since this post?

i face this same issue with UAE as well I have scheduled a pickup on 12 Nov and now it 14 there no response from Amazon yet .no call or message still I am waiting for pickup could you please help how to solve this issue and how to contact them ?
