Why Do Some Product Detail Pages Have Smaller Product Images?
Does anyone know why some Amazon product listings display images larger than others?
If Seller Support see this posting, we have a CASE ID 9696381732 open for this issue for one of our ASINs.
From my checking and testing:
- This isn't category related (listings in same category for same product have this difference)
- It doesn't appear to be related to uploaded image size or format (I've tested uploading PNG vs JPG and different image dimensions (all over 2000px square), varying them between the main image and product images)
- It's not related to age of listing because we have products of various creation dates that have this difference.
Any ideas?

Hey there @Seller_3HAfoxSoMEX5Q- and thanks for posting.
From the looks of it, that appears to be a case ID from the UK domain, if support is required on it, I would recommend posting in the UK forums. You can change your country by using the dropdown on the upper right hand corner of the forums view.
The difference in image sizes may be due to issues like resolution, or the file format. If you are experiencing any issues with your images, you may be able to resolve through some of the solutions listed on this page though!
