Can anyone help me regarding this, i am trying to connect with live chat and it is not working, every time it connects the support person says we are facing technical issues and disconnects. I even tried to send emails and phone support, but nothing worked. Please advise.

Are you experiencing this issue specifically when attempting to contact Seller Support via chat, or does it also occur when calling or opening a regular case?
