Hello guys. Me and my friend plan sell on Amazon, he have his own brand and ask me be his partner in Amazon for help him sell.
He plan make trademark in USA soon. So my question is: I can make storefront with my name in Amazon account and when we move forward, this possible use trademark my friend for enroll brand registry in my amazon account ?

Thanks for your question here on forums.
Before getting started, I would recommend to read the eligibility requirements carefully for Brand Registry.
It states there: Brand Registry applications must be submitted by the trademark owner. If you are an authorized agent, please have the trademark owner enroll the brand first, and add your account as an additional user.
In this case, if your friend is the trademark owner, your friend will have to apply to brand registry through their selling account. Once they are approved, they can add you as whatever selling role you plan to be assigned.
