dxb6 shipment

I'm concerned that the shipment sent on 2/2/25 has not been updated in the inventory yet. The lack of update is disappointing and reflects poorly on their responsibility.

DXB6 has this issue always. They have lost 4 of my shipments, and not just few units, but entire shipments. Even after multiple complains to Seller Support, the issue is not resolved. We just pray everytime that shipment goes to DXB5. One suggestion is that dont send huge quantity together, split into multiple shipments.

Hello @Seller_SujZkmdT8rIbz,

Is the issue still persisting? Have you been in contact with Seller Support already?

I have the same issue with 2 of my shipments where 25% of the shipment is lost. After complaining to seller support they claim that the items were shipped in other shipments or we never shipped it. Incorrect, as we deliver the items ourselves to DXB6. Despite the fact that the appointment page shows QUANTITY VERIFIED, they still claim they never received it. Please help.

Thank you

Hi @Annuar ,

I assume there have been proofs provided regarding the delivery status and quantity shipped and/or received?

Hello Noor,

We have provided the appointment letter, where the receiving employee from CEVA counted the quantities in our presence, stamped the document with the date, and noted "QUANTITY VERIFIED." Additionally, we supplied the packing list, which was also given to the same employee. Both documents have been submitted to Seller Support multiple times, both via chat and as email attachments. The associated Case ID is 10846170912.

I have initiated a new discussion to further clarify the issue.

Hi @Annuar ,

I checked the case, from my understanding the team has found the 6 units in question however under different POs and different shipment date. You can consult the email you've received on March 6th in order to locate them in details.

While I understand this could be causing confusion, you need to go through the answer provided as the investigation has been closed and the units located.

Regards,

Noor

Hi @Noor_Amazon_

As I mentioned in my previous response to customer support, the items in the other shipment consist of different units. Each shipment is personally delivered by us to DXB6 (CEVA), rather than being handled by Amazon or a third-party courier. The number of units in each shipment precisely matches the quantities stated in the corresponding packing list and the number mentioned on the appointment sheet.

Furthermore, during the delivery process, a receiving employee at CEVA physically counts the units in our presence. Once the count is completed, they stamp our appointment sheet and explicitly confirm that the quantity has been verified. Given this meticulous verification process, I find it unclear how the quantities are being recorded correctly at the time of receipt but later appear in a different shipment.

This seems to be a recurring issue at CEVA, raising concerns about potential misplacement or misallocation of units. I strongly recommend conducting a thorough process audit to identify any gaps or inefficiencies that may be leading to these discrepancies. It is essential to determine where the units are being misplaced or potentially siphoned to ensure accuracy and accountability in inventory management.

Hi @Seller_byYS6bGflqsPT,

I get the confusion, however I need to understand whether there are missing units that are still not located in any shipments or the 6 units in question have been found but in another one?

Noor
