Brand Registry: Sent verification code 72 hours ago - still no approval.

Hello, I sent the verification code and received an email from Amazon Brand Registry (Case Id 14200532231):

"Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,Thank you for your interest in Amazon Brand Registry.

We’ll update you about your brand application after the Brand Registry team completes the review. To review your submitted application(s), please visit ....

We appreciate your patience.

Amazon Brand Registry Support"

It's been over 72 hours and still no approval. We applied for a brand registry a few weeks ago for a different brand via a different account and it was approved 1 hour after sending the verification code.

How long does it usually take? is there a way to expedite?
