Unverified reviews
Hello!
I was wondering if I could direct my customers to leave reviews on the Amazon listing if they bought the product through another site (so it'll appear as an unverified purchase)? Is it safe?
What impact do non-verified reviews have on Amazon listing ratings? What are the risks of the risks involved in soliciting unverified reviews?
Thank you:)

Hello @Seller_bIf6ZOSGAmBa8,
Thanks for the post here. In comparing verified versus unverified reviews, products could have been purchased as a gift, through another website, or even not purchased it at all. You can see one risk being the questioning of the reliability of the unverified responses. However, it might also be still seen as helpful depending on your goals for your store. Please note, any customer who has met the buying requirements is entitled to write a review that meets Community guidelines. Amazon does not limit reviews to customers who have bought the product from the Amazon website. Amazon exercises some editorial control over customer reviews and do not allow reviews that violate our Community guidelines.
