Amazon or any company won’t pay GST to you. They collect and pay GST to government.

They are part of the chain and they are SERVICE PROVIDER to us. So, they simply charge GST on various service components, collect the amount and they pay to Govt.

You can claim ITC from your gst account.

Amazon is not at all questionable here.

You must be receiving commission invoice every month from Amazon. You can simply check there what was the GST amount they collected from you.

It is compliant as per GST laws. Nothing is wrong.

When it comes to you then you need to declare your own transactions part via GST.

That means, tax details when you purchased the inventories and tax collection details when you sold the inventories. It is order wise summary at sales.

When you sale a unit at Amazon or any other marketplace, the amount being charged to buyer is inclusive of GST depending upon the class wise rate.

So, every body is doing their own role. You need to do yours. Simple.
