Incorrect referral fee/product category

hello sellers.

Anyone experience their products being listed in wrong categories / incorrect referral fees despite listing with the proper product type templates?

To give some context, we sell industrial safety signs but all of our products list as electronic accessories.

I have gone through Seller Support to fix this for over 90 skus but cannot keep doing this since we have another 900 skus to list.

(I have tried listing manually/bulk with the correct product type but the products still show up as electronic accessories)

Any ideas?

I'm sorry you have had difficulties updating the category of your products. In most instances you should be able to contest by using the Self Service Tool. I would recommend you reach out regarding your Batch ID for your update to Seller Support to see what happened with your request. If you run into any trouble with Seller Support provide your Case here and I can see what options exist. Thank you.
