Why do i have low shipment rate even when shipped next day?
My very first order came over the holidays, it was late friday by the time i saw the email which was a day after it was placed so then i had to wait for the weekend and then it was new years, so i got a late shipment for that then my next order i shipped it off the very next day and i still got a late shipment and says my account is at risk, i don't understand.

Sounds as if your handling time is set to One Day. So an order placed on Thursday, even during the week after Xmas, must be shipped no later than Friday. Even shipping it the next day after seeing the e-mail, you were already late.
Check your handling time; change to 2 days if you can. Make sure to check your account regularly, and ship on time. If you are going to be unable to check your account, place the account on Vacation mode for the time that you will be away.
If you are just getting a banner stating that you are "At Risk", and have not gotten any notification that you need to appeal anything, then just make sure you ship everything on time, and the warning will go away soon.
