I'm facing a troubling situation on Amazon where my products have been targeted by fake 1-star reviews, seemingly orchestrated by competitors. These reviews are clearly fabricated, with comments on scents not sold, incorrect materials mentioned, and claims of long-term purchases despite my product being new to the market. I've tracked these reviews to specific orders in April 2024, all refunded, and it's evident these profiles are likely bots or paid individuals. Has anyone encountered a similar issue? How did you handle it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Tatiana from Amazon here. There two paths you can take to report suspicious reviews on your listings. I would suggest reporting them through both paths:
- To report abuse on an individual review, click Show Review Details on the Customer Reviews page. This takes you to the review on the customer facing detail page, click the Report abuse button which will pop-up a confirmation box where you have to click Submit. We will remove any review that violates our policies in which case it will also be removed from the Customer Reviews page. You can learn more about that process here.
- You can also report trending abuse by navigating to your Account Health page in Seller Central. Select the Report abuse link to file a complaint regarding the suspected abuse.
