Anyone having issues with customer support? Had an issue ongoing from the 24th December where all the reviews on the parent asin we list on have gone and its affecting sales. Every time i contact support im told to wait 24 hours or 96 hours but never get a reply. I have asked how i can complain to a more senior member of staff but told i cant and this needs to be escalated and wait for reply, but guess what this never comes
