Safe-t claim Limit exceeded
Hello fellow sellers and Amazon team, Recently, my two SAFE-T claims were denied with the reason.
"You have exceeded the acceptable limit of filing SAFE-T claims."
When I appealed and asked for clarification on:
1. What is the actual limit for SAFE-T claims?
2. What is the criteria Amazon uses to decide this?
3. How many claims are considered acceptable and over what time period?
Amazon’s response did not provide any concrete answer to these questions. As a seller, I believe it’s important to understand the rules clearly in order to comply with them properly.
We are not abusing the system — we are only claiming for genuine issues based on Amazon's policies. But without clear communication on the threshold or criteria, it becomes extremely difficult to operate transparently.
I am requesting the Amazon team or experienced sellers here to please shed some light on:
Has anyone else faced this issue?
1. Is there an official document or threshold limit that outlines how many SAFE-T claims are allowed?
2. Transparency in these matters is critical. I hope Amazon can help clarify this for all sellers here.
Thanks

Sometimes we feel some kind of fraud is going on inside Amazon. Keeping buyer on priority is acceptable but as for the seller they are least concerned . Breaching a law is an offence only for the seller.

Solution - Stop all MFN and migrate entirely to FBA.
