Dear Sellers,

This is to Amazon hidden charges to all seller awareness towards high refund fees/ commission that has been charged for every customer return.

you 'll charges 100 rupees extra in any return

For Every unit return/rejected/refused we have to endure following charge

Idirectly they charging amount is almost equal to the referal fees that they claimed to be returned.

So whatever may be the case as a seller we have to endure all the expenses for a return unit.

If you have received the 10 order per day and you have get 2 order return on any chance

You have to getting loss

--if you are making commission approx 18%

You will get nothing totally loss of 10 order

Amazon have to make some deduction on REFUND FEES

We agree to this, amazon return charges are highest compared to flipkart or myntra or nykaa. In our case the return charges for a product sold for 1900rs is around 250. This is way too much on what nykaa or myntra charges.

WHY THE DEDUCTION!!!! THEY SHOULD BEAR THE RETURN CHARGE. IF THEY WANT 5 TO 15 % OF THE PRODUCT SALES, WHERE THE SELLER MAY BE EARNING 4 TO 5 % ON THE SALE OF THE PRODUCT THEY SHOULD BE BEARING THE CHARGE FOR THE PRODUCT RETURNED........
