How can I Reactivate my account?
Hello All,
I am a new seller and made some bad mistakes along the way. To make a long story short, just about all my sales have been refunded to the customers due to my inventory not being set up. That being said, I have not been able to appeal, due to Amazon only responding to invoices, documents, etc. There is no place to type out an explanation to appeal. My account health shows as "Healthy" on my Amazon.us sales but shows as risky on my Amazon.ca sales. All customer issues have been addressed and resolved. Does that mean I am eligible to be reactivated? I have read so many horror stories from sellers having their accounts deactivated and not getting anywhere with Amazon support. Please help me if you can. Thanks.

Post your notice. Otherwise anyone trying to help will only be guessing.
To save a bit of time, also answer the basic questions:
What are you selling?
Where did you source it?
Do you have permission FROM THE BRAND to sell their products on Amazon?
Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI
why are you asking about how to ship to FBA in your other post when your account is already permanently suspended
Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI
No such thing. You either have what they ask for or you don't and your suspension is permanent
Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw
Well, that tells us pretty much nothing. What SPECIFICALLY are you selling?
So submit a copy of your written Letter of Authorization FROM THE BRAND stating that you are one of their authorized dealers allowed to sell ON AMAZON.
Since you are apparently unwilling to actually tell us what Amazon has told you, or to answer questions without hedging around the real answers, there's not much else that anyone can advise you on.
If you want help, quit being coy and tell us what's really going on.

Okay, if you don't want to be perceived as being coy and avoiding the questions, then answer the questions. It's really that simple.
What are you selling? (exactly; not "a tool kit"; an ASIN would be best if it exists, but at least the brand)
Where did you source it? (a retail store? A wholesale supplier? A random website?)
Do you have permission FROM THE BRAND to sell their products on Amazon?

It appears that your account is currently deactivated due to violating the Seller Code of Conduct. Please review your most recent unread performance notification sent to you 2/6/2025, that has the most recent information and steps that you need to take in order to show your compliance with the stated policy infraction from the notification above.
You have also created a discussion for the same topic here. Please only create one discussion for each topic as this can cause delays and confusion for support staff.
Unfortunately, I won't have anything further to share here outside of what has been communicated to you in the above notification. I've provided some additional resources for your to review as well:
