Amazon seller account deactivated section 3
Hi please can someone help me with my account.
One day i received a message that my account has been deactivated and its been in section 3.
But i dont understand why. I have my own brand. It was running good for a 1 year and had no complaints or anything but suddenly this happen.
Please please i need help to activate my account please help me i have put my life savings in this account i really need it activaed help me.

Your deactivation email tells you why you were suspended. Amazon is normally very explicit about why you were suspended.

H i have submitted them my bank statements as they asked.
I suggest to refer to the following help page for the required documents for this type of deactivation.
--Global seller identity verification
You will be asked to submit these documents for verification purposes:
-a utility bill dated in the last 90 days for piped gas, natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone, or internet service (your name and address on the document MUST match your name and address in seller central)
-a business license if applicable
-a bank statement or credit card statement
-a valid government issued ID
As @Atlas_Amazon has mentioned, if the information you submit cannot be verified, your account may remain deactivated.
