Unable to settle balance therefore unable to close account
I cleared my stock over year a go with the intent of closing my account. I was told I had to wait a period before this was possible. This time has obviously now passed and I have a £0.60 outstanding balance of my account which has not been taken. I have made several attempts to pay this by going to the payments option at the bottom of the page. When I submit nothing happens. I have checked that my account details are up to date and active and that there are funds available. I have also tried to contact amazon but the automation just tells me to pay the balance before I can close the account. Has anyone been in this situation and actually managed to close the account??

I have seen this issue come up before, and seem to recall that you cannot make a payment less than £10 (someone might correct me if I am wrong). It really is ridiculous for 60p - they should just write it off.
If you cannot actually close your account, then you might just need to leave it dormant.
I guess you could try and open a case again with SS, and ask for someone higher up to look at it - for 60p !!

Hmmmm, have you reached to Seller Support as suggested by @Seller_ZVAz3d5lZuGid? I have also found this help page which may be useful, Available repayment options, let us know how it goes!
