PIN-code is not received by SMS for re-verification.

@Cooper_Amazon @Quincy_Amazon @Danika_Amazon I'm not from the USA and my phone number is entered correctly according to the international standard with +37********** , but SMS with a pin code for verification does not come. I've already made two attempts and to no avail.

There is one attempt left and I'm afraid to ask for a call or SMS.

❗ I checked the functionality of the feedback by logging into my account from another browser and the SMS with the code came instantly.

So the number is correct and works, this problem is with Amazon.

Do I need to order a call or SMS at a certain time of the day? Does it have to be US business hours or not?

My time zone is different from the US. When it's 9 a.m. in the US, it's 5 p.m. in my country.

I sent a request for SMS when it was night in the USA.

What should I do in this situation?

I have the same problem with code +9 9 4 (Azerbaijan). And also SMS OTP for 2-step log in, come instantly. And no help from Amazon. Maybe the solution is to open a virtual number in USA and connect it to your number.

Also sometimes helpful to write smth with an Amazon Associate nickname.

Like: Hey, @Emet_Amazon ! Please, kindly help us to get a re-verification PIN!

Today I received a message on my case regarding this issue and it states that the Amazon team has verified all my data and completed the verification process and I can sell my goods again.

I have three items in "Account Health" that haven't been verified (Phone, Address, Tax ID).

I do not understand what the last letter means in my case: ID12904961191

Above I posted a screenshot from my case.

Yesterday I got another message that my seller account was in danger of being deactivated.

I'm trying to request a call to confirm my phone number, but when I click on the button, I get an error again and again.

Here is a screenshot of the permanent error.

SMS does not come, the call request does not work. How do I get verified!

Have the seller change their phone-number by clicking "Add a new business phone", and add a different phone number to complete the phone verification.

Please advise if that works for you or if you are still having difficulties. Look forward to hearing from you soon. ~ Cooper_Amazon

During the last seven days, there was no answer from you on what to do with my problem (verification of the phone number and the newly appeared verification of the address).

In my case, too, there are no answers that could help in this situation.

Tomorrow I am threatened with deactivation of my account due to the failed INFORM Consumers Act.

I never would have thought that a banal phone number verification via SMS could be such a HUGE problem for Amazon for a month. I am extremely disappointed.
