Amazon not providing tracking numbers for orders
I have several orders that do not provide a tracking number, and now have a customer that has a missing package. I nor the customer can track what happened to their package, and it's been almost a week since it was sent. Please advise how we can resolve this issue.

If this was an FBA order, then you should direct them to contact Amazon since they are responsible for customer service on FBA orders.

If it's FBA, you will see neither the tracking number nor the customer details (full address, etc) - customer should contact Amazon "customer service" for assistance.
Any shipment questions, when shipped by Amazon from Amazon warehouses, can only be answered by Amazon.
In many cases, there will be no tracking number that is easily queried because Amazon is using their own delivery trucks for fulfilment rather than one of the recognized carriers. When that happens the "tracking number" will usually be something like TBA[alphanumeric code] that can only be easily looked up by the customer themselves, through the app or online through their order details page.
