Listing inaactive due to FC CCU1 issue
Hi
our listing became inactive and we are told that there is issue with FC CCU1 and all operations are stopped in this FC.
The issue started on 19th Nov and there was supposed to be some solution by 24th Nov but still no response and no idea about when the issue is going to be resolved.
does anyone have any idea? are you affected with similar issue.
also can someone please guide what we can do?

Hi, first all my products are showing available for sale on the buyer portal. But now one by one they are going "stranded" and creating tickets resulting in the same reply saying "Listing error" or "temporary deactivation of CCU1"
Any idea what is the issue or update on any solution?
removal of items can be a solution?
Do your items go inactive immediately on 19th Nov or after some time?

all our products are stranded at CCU1 . We raised a ticket and finally after many messages we got the reply that CCU1 is temporarily closed. In fact all FBA centers in West Bengal seem to be closed. Does anyone know why ? It will be too much trouble to register in a different state. Is anyone being able to send inventory to SCCC, SCCG , SCCH ?
