Stop Auto-Authorization for Return

Hi All,

Can someone tell me how to stop auto-authorization of return request. At present I am availing Amazon easyship. I contacted amazon customer care and they told me that return request will be auto authorized as long as we use easy ship.
If we deliver thru self-ship, then Seller has the control to authorize the return. Now I need to understand the following two situations to stop the loss from my side.

  1. If I want to stop invalid return request by stopping auto-authorize since I do self-ship, Can I do that.
    As per Amazon, they are asking to convince the customer so that they should not claim A-Z claim.
  2. Again if buyer claim A-Z, Amazon tells seller has to accept the return at any case irrespective of the reason.
    I cannot accept this.
  3. If seller accepts the returns, who has ship the return from buyer. Is it buyers responsibility or seller responsibility. Amazon says again it is seller responsibility.

Please clarify the above points. Please help. Thanks for all your support.
